Serving families has always been at the heart of the Y. We have a fundamental desire to provide opportunities for every family to build stronger bonds, achieve greater work/life balance, become more engaged with their communities, and have fun! From Family Fitness programs and Camp the Y provides a variety of family programming. We can’t make everything happen, but we want to hear from you on what will make your household membership even more valuable.

PARENT-YOUTH PRIVATE INSTRUCTION (Grades: 5 – 8) $35 one-time fee
Designed to offer youth in 5th thru 8th grade the opportunity to train with a parent, this program introduces the weight-stack strength machines
and aerobic equipment to youth. Appropriate behavior, weight room guidelines and proper execution of exercises are taught. The parent MUST accompany the child to the instruction orientation and must also be within eye-site of youth while they train. TAE KWON-DO (I.T.F.-U.S.T.F) Ages: 6 years through adult
More than just self-defense! Gain confidence and empower yourself to make positive life choices through character
development from individual and team competition using techniques of bare hands and feet. Engage the spirit, mind and body through observance of the 5 tenants of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Enjoy the Aquatic Center for swimming or Playland for fun at your next young person birthday party at a reasonable fee. During warm weather the Pool Deck will be available to host your birthday party. Call 307.674.7488.

GUIDELINES:
Enjoy your adult workout knowing that your children are having fun with other kids and activities. Available on a “non-scheduled” basis, the center is to be used only while parents or guardians are in the Y facility. Parents can bring snacks however the Y does not have food storage. Label snacks and bring in a non-breakable, spill-proof container. Children must be checked in and out and only dropped off or picked up by authorized adults. Parents will be notified if the child cries for more than 10 consecutive minutes.

Up-to-date immunization needed. Drop off at the Y or fax to : 672-7263. Complete history form prior to first visit. Provide diapers, wet wipes and change of clothes. Bring pull-ups every visit if not completely potty trained. Due to allergies, we ask that peanuts and peanut-containing foods not be brought into the drop-in.

Monthly Draft
*You may choose to add a Drop-in fee to your automatic membership draft. $25 for first child; $10 for all additional.
Monthly Card with Membership
Purchase a Drop-in card for a full month. $30 first child; $15 for each additional child. The parent must hold a Family Membership in order to purchase.
Punch Pass
Receive 5 visits for $35. The pass can be used for multiple children. No membership is required for purchase.

Playland at the Sheridan County YMCA (Ages: Toddler – 10 years)
Newly-remodeled with an adaptive design that offers opportunities for many individuals that previously may have been limited to activities of this kind. To increase our risk management practices, it has also been designed to provide levels of visibility in areas to reduce the chances of peer on peer abuse.
The Y has something for the whole family – from youth programming to state-of the-art exercise equipment, gym facilities, racquetball courts and pools.
