Being the fastest growing sport in the nation, pickleball is a combination of badminton, tennis and ping-pong. This game is slower than tennis but is challenging and provides healthy exercise. Come make some friends while learning a new and invigorating sport!

The Sheridan County YMCA has two climbing walls, both free to use with a Y membership! Looking for detailed climbing wall rules, rental rates, or volunteer bouldering schedules? View our Full Climbing & Bouldering Page.

BOULDERING CLIMBING WALL
Located across from Gym 1
Our wall features a 12-foot tall rock climbing wall with key features such as an integrated campus board and Kilter board terrain that serves as a challenging, fun way to exercise. Try different colored routes for varying skill levels. This is a great experience for the entire family.
- Shoes: Available at no cost in a variety of sizes
- Waiver: Must be signed & accepted at the Member Service Desk before you can climb.
- Ages: 3+ (during designated times)

SPORT WALL
Located in Gym 3
Unlike our 12-foot Bouldering Wall, the Sport Wall requires harnesses and ropes to climb to even greater heights. Come challenge your fitness and have fun on the sport wall.
- The wall will be supervised by our skilled climbing volunteers who can assist with harness fitting and safety tips.
- Just like most areas at the Y, children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 8 and older can visit the wall on their own.
- Climbers of all ages must complete a climbing waiver before climbing.
- Before climbing, check-in at the front desk for a wristband.
- Kids under the age of 3 are not allowed on the sport wall.
