GENERAL RENTAL INFO
FOR BIRTHDAY PARTY RESERVATIONS YOU MUST CALL OR STOP BY THE Y AND SPEAK WITH A MEMBER SERVICE STAFF
- All rentals are subject to availability. Rentals will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis.
- A signed rental agreement and other signed initialed forms are due at the time the rental is booked.
- All party participants must adhere to all YMCA policies and procedures. This includes the YMCA Code of Conduct and all pool rules.
The YMCA Staff reserve the right to dismiss any participant from the building and/or grounds. - Any conduct detrimental to the purpose of the Y, such as gambling, smoking, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, etc. is prohibited.
- The YMCA assumes no responsibilities for losses or damages to the facilities and equipment caused by the group.
- We request that you provide the member service desk with an updated and complete roster of the participants in your group so we know who is in the building.
- Use of the facility does not imply endorsement or sponsorship of the event by the YMCA. Therefore, publicity shall be designed in
such a way that no suggestion of endorsement and/or sponsorship is implied. All such publicity shall be cleared in advance with a designated YMCA representative. - No admission fees are to be charged without prior approval by a designated YMCA representative.
- Decorations for any event may be used under the following conditions:
– All decorations must meet local fire regulations.
– Removable scotch tape or masking tape is the only authorized items that are allowed to apply decorations and/or posters to any surface.
– All decorations/tape must be removed by the end of your rental period.

ONE COURT – $65
Renting gym space provides exclusive use of the gym for your group up to one hour.
Prices are listed for up to 25 people. A $25 fee is applied for additional people with increments of 25.
1-25 – $65
26-50 – $90
51-75 -$115
Time that exceeds the initial hour reserved will accrue an additional $50 charge.
Maximum rental time is 2 hours unless previously agreed upon.
RACQUETBALL COURT – $30
Renting a racquetball court provides exclusive use of the space for your group for up to one hour.
The price listed above is for up to 6 people. An $2 fee will be applied to each additional person
Maximum rental time is 2 hours unless previously agreed upon.
PHYSICAL THERAPISTS – $40 per visit (one on one)
Provides access to the pool and the Health & Wellness spaces.
CHILDCARE CENTERS
Playland access $35 per visit.
GYM & SWIM – $115
Gym & Swim is considered non-exclusive use of the pool and exclusive use of the Gym. The rental includes 1 court of a Gym and the Pool for 2 hours.
The price above is listed for up to 25 people. There will be a fee of $45 for each additional 25 people.
Maximum rental time is 2 hours unless previously agreed upon.

Rates are based on the number of people that will be using the pool area within one hour– includes those in the group on the deck.

Multi-purpose room can be reserved for $25 an hour.
Gym can be reserved for an additional $50 an hour.

MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM – $50
Renting this space provides you with a sink, counter, refrigerator, Keurig (no pods), TV, tables, and chairs for up to 1 hour.
Maximum capacity of 47 individuals.
Time that exceeds the hour reserved is subject to an additional $35 charge.
Maximum rental time is 2 hours unless previously agreed upon.
SMALL CONFERENCE ROOM – $30
Renting this space provides you with a sink, counter, refrigerator, Keurig (no pods), TV, tables, and chairs for up to 1 hour. Maximum capacity of 8 individuals. Time that exceeds the hour reserved is subject to an additional $15 charge. Maximum rental time is 2 hours unless previously agreed upon.
Non-profit / Schools
ALL RATES BELOW ARE SPECIFIC TO NON-PROFITS & EDUCATIONAL ORGINIZATIONS.
NOTE: Special rates for aquatic rentals are not applicable – please see pricing under aquatics
Non-Profit Organizations: Your organization qualifies for tax-exempt status by the IRS because its mission and purpose are to further asocial cause and provide a public benefit.
Educational Organizations: A school or tertiary institution that provides formal education or youth development.
GYM (ONE COURT) – $30 per visit
– Provides use of Gym 2 for 1 hour.
GYM (TWO COURTS) – $45 per visit
-Provides use of Gym 2 for 1 hour.
GYM + RACQUETBALL COURT- $40 per visit
-Provides use of Gym 2 and 1 Racquetball Court for 1 hour
RACQUETBALL COUR (ONE COURT) – $15 per visit
– Provides use of 1 Racquetball court for 1 hour.
