SHERIDAN COUNTY YMCA YOUTH SOCCER

Grades: K–8 (Spring & Fall sessions)
Soccer at the Y is about teamwork, skill-building, and fun — learning to pass, play together, and celebrate the big goals.

Schedule:

  • Mon & Wed, 4–7 pm

Locations:

  • Blacktooth Park & YMCA Fields
  • Possible overflow at local elementary schools

Program Details:

  • Shin guards required
  • All teams are co-ed
  • Grades 4+ play with goalkeepers
  • Grades K–5: 2 practices/games per week
  • Grades 6–8: 2–3 practices/games per week

Cost:

  • With new jersey: $50 (members) / $60 (program members)
  • With jersey from previous season: $40 (members) / $50 (program members)

YMCA YOUTH SPORTS PHILOSOPHIES:

  • Everyone must play at least half the game
  • Coaches and referees are volunteers and are not paid

YOUTH SOCCER SCHEDULE AT-A-GLANCE:

FALL SOCCER 2026 (attending Kindergarten – 8th grade):
Registration: Deadline August 21
Season:  Aug 31 – Oct 7
No cap on participants.

SPRING SOCCER 2027 (attending Kindergarten – 8th grade):
Registration: Deadline March 26
Season: April 5 – May 12
No cap on participants.

ITTY BITTY SOCCER 2027 (3 1/2 – 5 years old, not attending Kindergarten):
Registration: Deadline July 9
Season: July 13 – August 5th
