- Guests/Non-members: You can browse all programs here, but to register you’ll be directed to our Program Registration page.
Tip: The widget is best for browsing. If you experience login issues, go directly to the Program Registration page to sign in or create an account.

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new and improved membership and program registration software at the Y. Our team has been working diligently to enhance your experience, and we’re confident you’ll love the changes.
Here are some of the new features you can enjoy:
- Update and manage your billing information
- Seamless online program registration
- Schedule payments easily
- View and print receipts

Important: Access to the old software has been transitioned to our new platform as of September 4, 2024.
Thank you for working with us as we launch this new platform. We appreciate your patience as there may be some kinks during the transition, but rest assured, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Please review below how to properly set up your online account before beginning to register for programs.
- STEP 1: Ensure you have a valid email connected to your membership account. If you don’t or are unsure, please contact member services at 307.674.7488 and we will assist you.
- STEP 2: Click here to login to sheridanymca.org.
- STEP 3: Enter your email or phone number associated with your membership.
- STEP 4: If you do not have an existing account, you will be prompted with the question “Would you like to sign up for an account?” Select SIGN UP and complete the information required. You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully joined.
- STEP 5: If you do have an existing account, enter in your email address or phone number associated with your account and enter your password to login. If you forgot your password. Click the Forgot Your Password link. On the next screen, you will have the option to have a secure link be sent to your email OR you can select one of the three options to have a one-time code sent for quick login. If you select the link be sent – check your email. Click the link provided and create your password. Your password must be at least 7 characters and contain at least one capital letter and one number.
- STEP 6: GO BACK TO sheridanymca.org, Click here for PROGRAM REGISTRATION. Enter your email address and password. You are ready to search and register online for programs!
***In the future, you can click the YELLOW REGISTER button at the top of each page of our website to find Program Registration. Register links also appear on specific sports, activity and program pages.
