1. Apply
Find a position that interests you and complete our online job application.
2. Interview
Once your application is reviewed by the hiring supervisor, you may be invited to interview if your experience and qualifications appear to be a good fit for the position.
3. Background Check
If you’re selected to move forward, you’ll complete our background check process. This helps us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our members, participants, and staff.
4. Welcome to the Y!
Once cleared, you’ll complete both online and in-person onboarding to help you get settled, connected, and ready to make a difference in our community.

Whether you’re assisting with or leading a program, serving on a committee, or offering professional expertise, your time and talents are valuable. Y volunteers help shape our policies, support our operations, and enrich the lives of children, adults, and families.
There are many ways to get involved:
Committee Volunteers support key areas like membership, facilities, and fundraising.
Policy Volunteers serve on our Board and guide strategic decisions.
Program Volunteers work directly with members as coaches, mentors, or activity leaders.
