Fitness 101*

A class for those who aren’t sure where to begin and want to learn more about fitness and wellness. This 6 week program will have both educational & physical components that change focus on a week-to-week basis so you can find what is most interesting to you and set you up for success in living a healthy lifestyle. Class requires sign-up.
