We support individuals, families and the community for healthy living by promoting well-being, reducing risk of developing chronic disease and assisting people to reclaim their health through dedicated trained staff and intentionally designed programs in a safe environment engineered for personal success.

STRENGTH CLASSES:

CARDIO MIX AND STRENGTH
*Active Older Adults, Youth ages 16 & older, Adults

Come spend 60 minutes mixing things up by varying cardio and strength workouts in this cross-training program.  This class will introduce participants to a wide array of programs available at the Y.  Members will gain confidence in their abilities and comfort in different settings.

HUSTLE THE MUSCLE
Intensity: Moderate to High
Youth ages 16 & older, Adults

This class is great for overall, nonspecific training.  With consistent participation you will notice an increase in strength improve your cardiovascular system.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Intensity: Moderate
*Active Older Adults, Youth ages 16 & older, Adults

This small group free-weight strength training class supports the philosophy of teamwork to stay motivated and achieve results while developing strong, everlasting relationships. Both classroom and practical workouts are included in this program. Each person in the class will be accountable to one another and attendance is a must.

STRONG & ACTIVE
Intensity: Easy to Moderate
Youth grades 9 & older, Adults

All the training you need-cardio, strength, balance & flexibility in just one hour. Get stronger & healthier with inspiring music, adjustable dumbbells, weight plates, body weight and simple athletic movements.

POWER UP
Intensity: Moderate to High
Youth grades 9 & older, Adults

Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curls, with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a personal best.

REC POOL RE-OPENS TODAY

May 4, 2026 — The hot tub is open and available for use. The Rec Pool will reopen today (Monday, May 4) at 1 PM. Thank you for your patience as we worked to ensure the area is safe and ready for our members. Important Reminder: No glass is allowed on the pool deck or in the water under any circumstances. Even small or unintentional items can pose a major safety risk. Common items that may contain glass include: Goggles/Masks; Phones; Vapes; Tablets; Glass bottles or containers. We ask all members to double-check belongings before entering the pool area and help us maintain a safe environment for everyone. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you back in the pool this afternoon!
