BODY FUSION

Grow longer & stronger with an invigorating 60 minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga & Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility & the core.
CALMING YOGA FLOW

This class provides an opportunity to release physical & mental stress brought on throughout the day. Beginners are welcome and modifications will be offered.
CORE, STRETCH & BALANCE

Optimize your body awareness & good posture while increasing core strength with traditional abdominal exercises while integrating stretching techniques to lengthen muscles to improve flexibility and balance.

This class is an energizing flow synergizing breath and body movement. Expect to build strength, increase mobility and stability through a continuous and sometimes challenging flow of physical postures. Designed for those with some level of yoga experience but beginners are always welcome.

This early morning Yoga Flow is a revitalizing session designed to awaken your body and mind with the first light of day. This class is perfect for all levels, combining gentle stretches, mindful breathing and flowing movements to energize your morning.

May 4, 2026 — The hot tub is open and available for use. The Rec Pool will reopen today (Monday, May 4) at 1 PM. Thank you for your patience as we worked to ensure the area is safe and ready for our members. Important Reminder: No glass is allowed on the pool deck or in the water under any circumstances. Even small or unintentional items can pose a major safety risk. Common items that may contain glass include: Goggles/Masks; Phones; Vapes; Tablets; Glass bottles or containers. We ask all members to double-check belongings before entering the pool area and help us maintain a safe environment for everyone.
