CALMING YOGA FLOW
Intensity: Low
*Active Older Adults, Youth ages 16 & older, Adults
This class provides an opportunity to release physical & mental stress brought on throughout the day. Beginners are welcome and modifications will be offered.
ENERGETIC YOGA FLOW
Intensity: Moderate
Youth ages 16 & older, Adults
This class is an energizing flow synergizing breath and body movement. Expect to build strength, increase mobility and stability through a continuous and sometimes challenging flow of physical postures. Designed for those with some level of yoga experience but beginners are always welcome.
GRACE YOGA
Intensity: Low to Moderate
Youth ages 16 & older, Adults
Give yourself an hour of grace through this energetic moving meditation class. Combining vinyasa, breath work and guided meditation. Grace Yoga will set the tone for physical, mental and spiritual wellness.
PRENATAL YOGA
Intensity: Low
*Active Older Adults, Youth ages 16 & older, Adults
Prenatal Yoga can help pregnant women sleep better and reduce stress. It also helps to maintain strength, flexibility, and muscle endurance. Additionally, it can ease lower back pain, nausea, headaches, and shortness of breath.

Discover yoga poses, body alignment and safety, terminology, breathing techniques, flexibility, strength and mental preparation in this motivating and empowering class.
